Generally, there are no refunds or exchanges once your Special Order is placed, as this is a special order made with your specifications.

However, we understand that the bridal gown MUST be perfect! In the rare event that a bride has misgivings about her original bridal gown selection, Couture Threads may exchange this gown for another “in stock” bridal gown of equal or greater value.* [*Note: Some conditions may apply. Please ask your Bridal Stylist for further details.]

In stock, general merchandise: Returns must be made within 7 business days and must be accompanied by an original receipt of purchase. No Cash Refunds. In-store Credit Notes only.
